Q. How can I purchase my 2024/25 season ticket?

A. Season tickets for the 2024/25 campaign can be secured online - via the club’s all-new online ticketing platform - or in person by visiting the Valley Parade Ticket Office. Disabled supporters with mobility issues, who may require assistance, are advised that the Valley Parade Ticket Office is fully accessible, with a wheelchair ramp to access the Bradford City Store, however our all-new online ticketing platform allows disabled supporters to purchase season tickets by selecting disabled seating in areas of the University of Bradford Stadium.

Q. How much does my season ticket cost?

A. 2024/25 SEASON TICKET PRICES:

Adult (24-64): £349

Senior (65+): £306

Young Person (17-23): £306

Youth (12-16): £222

Junior (11-): £35

’25 Yearers’: £180*

*‘25 Yearers’ will pay £180 for their season ticket, and be entitled to a suite upgrade, as per previous years, in The McCall Suite, The Hendrie Suite or the Bantams Bar. Should you wish to renew your 25 Year season ticket but not take advantage of a suite upgrade, you will be able to do so for £150.

Q. Why have prices increased?

A. The decision to increase prices has been made as a result of rising fixed overhead costs - including utilities, rents, insurance and national minimum wage - which, over the past three years, have risen, and will continue to rise by more than 30%. Despite challenging year-on-year rising costs, the club remains committed to ensuring the majority of our increased cost is not passed onto supporters, as we continue to strive towards making attending games at the University of Bradford Stadium as accessible as possible for everyone. By keeping unavoidable price increases to a minimum, we are able to continue to efficiently manage club finances and maintain a self-sustaining yet ambitious playing budget, while also providing affordable, value-for-money football for both new and existing fans. Adult - 24-64

Junior - 11 and under

Q. Am I still able to pay for my season ticket via direct debit?

If purchased via our all-new online ticketing platform, will incur an additional £5 service charge, which will be added to your first month’s payment. To view full direct debit FAQs, please CLICK HERE.

Q. Can I purchase a suite upgrade for the season?

A. Yes. Suite upgrades in The McCall Suite, The Hendrie Suite and the Bantams Bar at the University of Bradford Stadium are once again available to purchase. They are available at the frozen rate of an extra £180 (Adult), £160 (Senior and Young Person) or £60 (Youth and Junior) per person. This can be secured either via our official ticketing website, or when purchasing from the Valley Parade Ticket Office.

Q. Will there still be a dedicated ‘Atmosphere Section’? If so, where will it be?

A. Yes. After receiving feedback from a survey on the future location of the University of Bradford Stadium’s ‘Atmosphere Section’ earlier this month, this section will be moved to the Lower Tier of The Kop from next season, with supporters wishing to sit in this section advised to secure a season ticket in this area, or move seats when able to. The front three rows in the Upper Tier of the North West Corner will remain available to those who would still like to sit in this area of the stadium, though the rest of the Upper Tier of the North West Corner will be closed. To read full details, please CLICK HERE

Q. Am I able to swap the seat I sit in with my season ticket?

A. Supporters' seats from the 2023/24 season were reserved until Monday April 8. Supporters are now no longer able to swap the seat they have secured their season ticket in for the 2024/25 season free of charge, as this ended to coincide with the closing of the early bird window, at 11.59pm on Friday April 26. Supporters who have renewed their season ticket in the Lower Tier of The Kop for 2024/25, however, and wish to move seats during the season, will be entitled to do so free of charge

Q. Can I pay to swap my seat outside of the aforementioned complimentary seat-swap period?

A. Providing the seat is available, you will be allowed to swap seats with a £20 administration fee being charged. You must return any physical season tickets and will be provided free of charge with a new one. Your app and online account will then be updated to reflect this change. Supporters in the Lower Tier of The Kop will be able to swap seats at any point through the season, free of charge, should they wish to do so. CLICK HERE for full details.

Q. Will I receive a physical season-ticket card for the 2024/25 campaign?

A. Upon completing the purchase of a season ticket, supporters will be sent a confirmation email detailing their transaction. The club has seized this opportunity to modernise the University of Bradford Stadium’s entry system on matchdays, adopting Ticketmaster’s ‘TM1’ entry system.

This will now ensure City Points are registered to supporters’ accounts upon entry to the stadium, streamline the entry process by updating the scanning devices and facilitate the match-by-match transfer of season tickets between any supporter who has registered and activated their account on our all-new online ticketing platform.

With this update, digital ticketing will become standard practice from 2024/25. Consequently, the traditional plastic season ticket cards will cease to be operational from the start of next season. Supporters are asked to verify their email addresses, to ensure they can be issued new digital season tickets ahead of the 2024/25 campaign. These digital season tickets can be integrated into Apple Wallets and Google Wallets as part of our all-new ticketing partnership with Ticketmaster. Additionally, each supporter will be emailed a PDF attachment featuring their digital season ticket, ensuring compatibility across all smartphone devices.

Youths, Juniors, and supporters requiring accessible facilities, along with their personal assistants, will have the option to request a complimentary physical plastic season ticket card - the procedure for which will be communicated in due course. A physical plastic season ticket card will be available to supporters without access to a smartphone, for a nominal, one-off fee of £5 - reflecting the club's continued commitment to sustainability.

Q. Sometimes, I wish to change stands mid-season to sit with family or friends. Can I still do this?

A. In previous years, we have allowed unlimited matchday transfers, providing this is done in advanced of a matchday, free of charge. Due to the high demand of this service, you will now be limited to five ‘one-off transfers’ over the duration of the season.

Q. Is there a dedicated family section again this season?

A. Yes. Supporters looking for a more family-orientated atmosphere are again advised to secure or renew their season ticket in The Morrisons Family Stand (West).

Q. Will I still receive City Points for purchasing my season ticket?

A. Yes. When purchasing a season ticket, you will receive 200 City Points. These will be applied from July 1 and not from the point of purchase, in order to prevent impacting the club’s remaining 2023/24 away fixtures. To view the full City Supporters Scheme, please CLICK HERE. You will also be eligible for a 25% discount on a 'We are the Bantams' membership package upon purchase of a 2024/25 season ticket, using the code BCAFC25. CLICK HERE to secure yours.

Q. I am disabled and am unable to secure my season ticket online or from the University of Bradford Stadium. How can I purchase my season ticket?

A. Disabled supporters who may require assistance are able to secure their season ticket by calling the Valley Parade Ticket Office, on 01274 770012. Please be advised that the Valley Parade Ticket Office is fully accessible, with a wheelchair ramp to access the Bradford City Store, and that our all-new online ticketing platform allows disabled supporters to purchase season tickets by selecting disabled seating in areas of the University of Bradford Stadium.

Q. I am a 25 Year season ticket holder. How will I be affected?

A. ‘25 Yearers’ will pay £180 for their season ticket, and be entitled to a suite upgrade, as per previous years, in The McCall Suite, The Hendrie Suite or the Bantams Bar. Due to capacity limitations in bars, your complimentary bar pass will require your seat to be in that area. For instance, if you sit in The Kop, and usually have a Bantams Bar pass, to allow you access, your seat must be located within the Bantams Bar seating area. Should you wish to renew your 25 Year season ticket but not take advantage of a suite upgrade, you will be able to do so for £150.

Q. I didn’t renew my 25 Year season ticket last year. Can I renew it this year?

A. No. You must have had a continuous renewal of your season ticket from season to season.
